His experience ranges from hardware implementation and network design to call center operations and process automation.
John realized the SMB marketplace was underserved and in need of dedicated quality IT services. As a result, he co-founded Transcend Networks with the goal of helping businesses stay competitive. Since the founding of Transcend Networks in 2003, John has been actively involved in every solution with every client. He believes in being a champion for the little guy. Craig Ibold

With more than 20 years of experience in IT operations for enterprise and SMB, Craig serves as a trusted advisor to Transcend Networks’ clients, identifying opportunities to increase quality of service and reduce costs. Craig’s approach is to consider what a client’s needs are and then explain their best options in plain language. This strategy has become a cornerstone of Transcend Networks. Craig Fouts joined Transcend Networks in 2024 and we are very happy to have him on the team. Craig leads the initial IT services and solutions design for new clients at Transcend Networks. He brings with him more than two decades of sales and marketing experience in the technology sector. Transcend Networks clients have already benefited from Craig’s entrepreneurial spirit, insight, and his belief that sometimes you have to think outside the box to find the right solution.
Craig enjoys helping small to medium-size businesses find ways to utilize IT to change and improve their businesses. He has a background rooted in the support of department of defense contractors and commercial clients, leading teams in business development, business operations, MSP, total talent strategies, and workforce leadership.
Jim Wolleat

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. He has more than 15 years of experience working in information technology. Jim enjoys providing skilled IT support to clients as Transcend’s systems administrator. His focus is on managing quality business process services, application services, and infrastructure services to ensure seamless processes.

Justin joined Transcend Networks Inc. in 2016. Having served in communications and support roles during his time in the United States Air Force, Justin brings pride and efficiency to our team. His primary technical skills pivot around systems administration, software / hardware management, and customer support. Justin’s passion for introducing productive technology to our community benefits our customers daily. He provides them with not only a successful working environment but abundant approaches to connecting and sharing information. We rely on Justin because he is a problem-solver and a team player.
